The use of 5/8" Triplex roller chain gives a 50% increase in breaking strain, greatly reducing the chances of system failure. By using an overlapping labyrinth construction of UHMW and extruded aluminium channel, a protected air cell zone is formed which offers enhanced air bag protection from broken glass and general pallet debris.

The construction using extruded aluminium channels, has been simplified to enable easy disassembly to reduce maintenance time.
