Today, HALLCO manufactures a full line of live floors for both trailers and stationary conveyor / bin systems. Each floor is custom designed for a specific application. In trailers, HALLCO's lighter series aluminum floors allow customers to achieve greater payload. Heavier duty floors such as the "Double Ridge™" have been engineered to take more abuse.
In material handling, there has been an increasing trend toward using HALLCO Live Floors® to move bulk material. The floors can be installed in receiving bins and storage bins, and can be used to convey material from one part of a plant to another.
